(Shimano LX mechs and TA Cyclotouriste tandem crankset), 

Blackburn racks front and rear, dynamo lighting, Bar bag, speedo, 

brakes - cantilever front and rear, plus Arai hub brake (stoker operated).

Should fit riders from 5' to 5'8". Crank shorteners would enable it to be used with a child from about age 10yrs on the rear.
